At PathPatron, we saw a gap between online learning, in-house mentoring and external consulting projects.
Once a professional acquired a new certification – who is supporting them to implement their new skills into their work?
We see a need that goes beyond traditional online learning but is not as expensive and time consuming as hiring external consultants.
Our vision is a platform where professionals can acquire new skills through facilitated online programs and be guided by patrons hands-on to apply them in their professional work.

Helping tech and business teams achieve market success has been the cornerstone of my career for over 10 years.
In my various leadership roles in startups I was the connection between the client, the sales team and our developers – helping them to speak the same language and reach our common goal: implementing amazing innovative products.
Today, I at CGI I lead two Global Innovation Programs that have helped over a hundred teams to create market entry and acceleration strategies.
With PathPatron I take my passion of helping individuals and teams by creating up-skilling paths that support in an efficient and practical manner. I aim to create programs that support hands-on. That’s why – when I saw this gap between online learning and consulting – I started designing programs that are right in between. By providing online learning and guided support during the first months to implement the new skills effectively.
