Whether you’re new to sales, a techie transitioning into a sales role, or starting fresh with sales targets, this path combines interactive online learning with a 3 month support program.
You’ll not only learn the fundamentals of sales but also receive guidance and mentorship as you apply these skills in your day-to-day work.
Cohort content & schedule:
Module 1 – What are you selling?: 7th May 2024, 19-21h
- Establish a core understanding of the solutions you are selling and why.
Module 2 – Who are your clients?: 14th May 2024, 19-21h
- Identify who are you actually selling to: the b2b client vs. the people involved.
Module 3 – How to get an appointment?: 21th May 2024, 19-21h
- Learn to address clients in the different states of sales qualification from cold to hot.
Module 4 – How to close a deal?: 28th May 2024 – 19-21h
- Getting the client through the final mile is crucial -Understand what makes your client sign that contract.
3 months of personal guidance & support:
- Upon completion of the modules, the peer-review sessions will be set up every two weeks. In addition each learner can request up to 2 personal sessions with the path patron.
Cohort facilitation:
Each module will be set up as an online group call and facilitated through digital whiteboards. Each learner will receive an individual learning material to participate in the interactive activities during the facilitated sessions and capture progress during the 3 months of execution.
