Whether you’re new to sales, a techie transitioning into a sales role, or starting fresh with sales targets, this path combines interactive online learning with a 3 month support program.
You’ll not only learn the fundamentals of sales but also receive guidance and mentorship as you apply these skills in your day-to-day work.
What to expect?

Facilitated online sessions
Over the course of 4 weeks, you will be guided by our patrons through the basics of sales in 4 facilitated sessions.

Personal guidance
To achieve your goals, using your newly acquired skills, a patron will guide you with hands-on advice during the following 3 months.

Regular peer review
Leveraging the power of your peers, the group will regularly review progress, strategies and challenges you encounter in your day-to-day.

Facilitated online sessions
Spread over 4 weeks, each module is designed to introduce basic sales concepts, strategies and methods. In interactive activities you will apply them to your business.
Module 1: What are you selling?
Establish a core understanding of the solutions you are selling and why.
Module 2: Who are your clients?
Identify who are you actually selling to: the b2b client vs. the people involved.
Module 3: How to get an appointment?
Learn to address clients in the different states of sales qualification from cold to hot.
Module 4: How to close the deal?
Hands-on support.
Once the online sessions are completed, for the follwing 3 months your will receive individual support and connect with your peer group.
During the program you can request 2 private sessions with one of our sales experts. Review your identified target clients and the respective strategies you created to reach them. Get personal and ask for individual advice to reach your personal goals as a sales expert and guidance how you can realistically reach the sales goals you need to meet.
Group sessions are scheduled every 2-3 weeks to support a collaborative environment with a shared learning experience, accountability, and progress tracking.
Understand the power of peer review by sharing approaches and challenging situations you encountered during your sales journey. Together we practice sales scenarios with peers for real-world experience and feedback.
Networking is a key tool for successful sales – use your cohort as a starting point or an extension depending where you are.
